what ultrathink is
ultrathink provides unified API access and AI-powered tools for working with your data across multiple services.
who can use it
you must be at least 18 years old.
you must read and agree to our privacy policy.
you're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
you cannot use ultrathink if you reside in: russian federation, belarus, cuba, north korea, iran.
acceptable use
don't:
- misuse the service or help others do so.
- attempt to access other users' data.
- abuse the service (spam, DOS attacks, unauthorized access).
- use ultrathink to break the laws of the State of Delaware in the USA.
we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
your content
your data remains yours.
we access your connected services only to provide the functionality you request.
you are responsible for your content and any legal issues.
service availability
we provide ultrathink "as is" without warranties.
we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. we'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
we can modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
liability
we're not liable for:
- your data or content.
- data loss or service interruptions.
- indirect damages or lost profits.
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ultrathink and System Operator LLC from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of ultrathink.
termination
you can disconnect your account anytime from the settings.
we can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
we reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason.
upon termination your data will be handled per our privacy policy.
changes to terms
we may update these terms. we'll email active users about significant changes.
continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
governing law
these terms are governed by Delaware law, USA.
disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
